Marc PETTRE began his career in 1991 as an analyst within the CGI Informatique company.
In June 1995, he integrated the Decathlon company as a project manager in charge of the HRIS, and from March to December 2000, Marc PETTRE worked as a Senior Consultant at CSC.
He joined OpenHR late 2000, a company specialised in consulting, integration and vendor of Solution eRH on the Solution SAP HCM, as Managing Director. In August 2006, he became partner in HCM, IBM Group.

Marc GARRIDO began his career within the ETPM company / GTM Entrepose, in charge of the implementation of the HR management system, then joins as HRIS Consultant , the software engineering company that installed the payroll system. He joined the Business Development (BD) of the ADP - GSI company in 1989 and takes over the BD management of the GXP offers. From 1994 and for nearly 10 years, he manages the HR Access Department at IBM Global Services as Director of the “Human Capital Management” entity.
From 2003 to 2007, he held the General management of the HR Access Solutions Group and structured operations in France and in Europe. It became the head of ICRH group in 2008.
After the buyout of ICRH by HR Path group in June 2013, he became a partner in the Group and a member of the Board of Directors .
Jean-Charles was always attracted to sales and developing new contact with people. Convinced that a good sales representative is someone who knows his field of expertise he decided do to a Master Degree in Engineering in order to understand client’s requirements more efficiently and being able to adapt to every situation.
He Started his career in Paris in 2005 as a sales and account manager for an IT consultancy and he discovers the HRIS’s world in 2006 which he has never left since.
Living in the UK since 2010, he continued his career as a senior recruitment consultant and brings his expertise on HRIS to help companies recruiting HR specialists.
Thanks to this activity, Jean-Charles developed a very large network of HRIS experts.
In 2014 he joined HR Path as Managing Director of the new UK subsidiary and also as Recruitment Manager for the whole group.
