- After 4 years working in Paris, I decided to join the agency in Lille for the quality of life and get closer to my family. I spent much time in transit (3:30 of trip because I lived in Lille and worked in Paris).
I'm now at less than a quarter of an hour by car from the agency. I even occasionally go to work by bike. I like to work in my area and contribute to its development. I spend the time, I no longer spend in the subway, with my son.

- When I joined HR-Path in 2006, I was attached at the agency of Marseille.
One month after, follow up the defection of a consultant in Paris, the head management asked me to replace the person. this replacement would be temporary, but it persisted and motivated our wish to move to Paris after 15 months working there. Our aim was to move as soon as possible.
Follow up the purchase of a land in the region of Nice in february 2010, we began the necessary steps. I informed the head of management of my desire to move to the south of France as soon as my wife would have found a new job. In february 2011, a mission at Nice allowed me to join the team of Nice.
To conclude, the success of this transfer is the result of a loyal and sincere communication between the two parties.
