Vanessa McPherson

Managing Director for Australia

Vanessa is passionate about people and performance and is known for having has a pragmatic, human-centered approach to solving business issues. She brings together her extensive consulting background and experience as a strategic and operational HR leader to develop innovative and commercial solutions that drive human capital effectiveness aligned to delivering business needs. Ever curious and always learning Vanessa leverages current concepts and knowledge in neuroscience and design thinking to design and implement integrated human capital solutions. Her expertise spans a number of key areas including: business transformation; talent alignment; innovation & continuous improvement; organisational effectiveness; people engagement; culture transformation; learning & development; and, change management. Her experience spans multiple industries including: professional services, property, financial services, technology, transport, consumer, energy, sales, and customers service.

Casper Nel

Managing Director for Singapore & Vietnam

Casper is a commercially focused IT professional with the technical expertise to provide services across all phases of IT projects from pre-sales through to consulting, service delivery, implementation and project management. Casper has also developed implementation methodology and processes for Human Capital System implementations globally, including all documentation development, project plan development, budget templates and reporting templates. Through being able to understand the wider picture, Casper has the reputation as someone who is forward-thinking, hardworking and professional, delivering measurable, successful results. Casper’s strong people skills and implementation experience has enforced a pro-active approach to the delivery of information systems. Casper also brings experience in establishing and leading teams of global implementation consultants to implement Core HR and Talent Management Solutions at various customer sites globally.

Andi Wibisono

Managing Director for Indonesia

Andi has over 12 years of consulting services experience with exposure in both large system implementation and development of HR best practices. He has been engaged by leading local and international organisations to design HR processes and manage the implementation of Talent Management Systems. In addition to his systems capabilities, Andi has consulted extensively in corporate leadership development as a facilitator of executive development programs and developed a specialty in helping organizations in implementing competency-based job analysis. He has served prominent companies such as Medco Energi International, Bank Indonesia, Indosat, Bank Mandiri, Holcim, Pertamina, Toyota and BHP.

Derrick Ong

Regional Head of Delivery and Governance

Derrick has over 13 years of Management Advisory Consulting and HR experience across various global multinational companies. He has build various successful delivery and service teams in different organisations across multiple jurisdictions and has a passion for delivery excellence. He has expertise in programme management, change management, compliance, governance, policy advisory and process improvement. He has very strong implementational and operational knowledge of cloud systems’ end to end life cycle having successfully led the implementation and roll out of the full suite of modules for many clients both in house and as consulting partner.<br /> In his previous roles, he has successfully managed large scale transformation projects and adoption for policy, organizational and system roll out for various companies including restructuring due to M&A, legal and tax changes.<br /> With his extensive experience across HR business practices, Cloud system implementation, Management advisory and best practice Change Management and Governance practices, he would be able to bring a complete and in-depth knowledge of managing such large transformations to our clients.
