My Takes From ASUG Experience Human Resources & Payroll 2019

HR Path participated once again in the annual ASUG HR & Payroll Canada event. This was their 10th year of the conference. As a volunteer, I had the privilege of helping to organize 8 of these events and in so many great places across Canada, such as Halifax, Lake Louise, Calgary, Ottawa and Niagara. ASUG HR & Payroll Conference brings together many Canadian and U.S. companies across all industries as a community of professionals leveraging SAP SuccessFactors HR solutions, whether their HR solutions are on-site, cloud or hybrid.

This year was no exception as the attendees were offered the opportunity to explore the latest solutions from SAP and SAP SuccessFactors, along with vendors who provide the next steps and options to help with those solutions. Shout-out to my old friend Imran Sajid for his terrific contribution to this year’s event with the latest payroll updates on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) sessions. I also specifically enjoyed hearing from relevant regional customer success stories, such as the “Modernizing Talent Management” at the City of Mississauga and the way SAP Enterprise Architecture is used by the City of Richmond Hill to integrate SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA.

In recent years, the SAP SuccessFactors solutions portfolio has grown tremendously, not only in-depth of functionality but also in complexity and configuration. Customers are facing new realities and new challenges. I was delighted to present “SAP SuccessFactors Solution Support: The Help You Need  (HRP44)” and demonstrate how our Global Application Maintenance & Enhancement Services aim at responding to these challenges, with predefined service-level agreements (SLAs), outstanding quality of service, competitive prices, and flexible models.

We will definitely be back next year!!! Hoping it’s going to return to Calgary!
