VESUVIUS was using SAP HCM for Personnel Administration, Organizational Management and Enterprise Compensation management in conjunction with Lotus Notes applications and Microsoft Office tools to support their HR processes. Global reporting was cumbersome and the quality was questionable. They were in need of an integrated and complete solution to avoid inconsistencies and to reduce maintenance efforts.
