Your mission

As a Central Payroll Consultant, you will have to:

  • Participate in the translation of the client’s needs into deliverables, preparation of documentation and presentations.
  • Accompany the project team in the deployment or evolution of the solution
  • Prepares and facilitates design workshops on the topics mastered
  • To control the quality of the service provided to the client
  • Ensure technical maintenance
  • Participate in the life of the project team with other HR Path consultants.
  • Passing on knowledge to the younger generation
  • Carry out technical monitoring

 

Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
  • Minimum of one end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementation, including hands-on design and configuration within one or more of these areas:
    • Payroll Operations
    • Payroll Transformation
    • Global Payroll
    • Payroll Integration
    • Payroll Interfaces
    • Payroll Tax
    • Payroll Processes
  • You have experience leading workshops for gathering requirements and running meetings
  • You have team lead experience
  • You have external client-facing consulting experience
  • Experience with PTP Replication Setup (SaaS Model)
  • Experience with BSI TaxProfileFactory Setup (SaaS Model)
