Your missions

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Consultant, you will ensure the following missions:

  • Participate in the translation of the client’s need into deliverables, preparation of documentation, presentations,
  • Prepare and lead design workshops on the subjects mastered,
  • Prepare and lead design workshops on the subjects mastered,
  • Carry out the parameterization of the customer file and accompany the customer in its handling,
  • Accompany the project team in the deployment or evolution of the Cloud solution
  • Prepare and conduct Customer Training and Pre-Sales Demonstrations,
  • Control the quality of the service provided to the customer,
  • Ensure functional maintenance,
  • Training in our methods and tools,
  • Keeping a close eye on technical and regulatory issues


Your assets

  • You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in HRIS, in a consulting firm or in a company, you have knowledge of Oracle HCM software, PeopleSoft
  • Your level of English is fluent, German would be a plus.
  • Swiss work permit and passport in hand, you are mobile in France and abroad, possibility of telecommuting
  • Ideally, you are available to start work quickly (notice also accepted)
