Following its participation in the largest European survey on work motivation, HR Path is once again entering the circle of companies where it is ‘good to work’!
HR Path, a major player and expert in human resources, is proud to announce its entry in the “HappyAtWork” ranking. This achievement is synonymous with quality of life within the company and is an huge success for the entire Group.

The survey, which was both interactive and online, allowed all our employees to express their feelings about their work within the company and were evaluated based on the following six criteria:
- professional development
- motivation & management
- salary & recognition
- stimulating environment
In terms of figures, the first survey enabled more than 60% of employees to participate, with overall satisfaction reaching a score of 4/5. These two statistics in particular testify to the validity of our method:
- the pride rate at 73% and,
- the rate of happiness at 77%.
In terms of employee professional development, the company’s rate is close to 67%. Obtaining the HappyAtWork label is based on an overall satisfaction score of 3.5/5 and a company recommendation of more than 60%.
