Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Join Stock Bank (SACOMBANK) signed for the collaboration contract with HR Path, a leading global human resource service provider – to implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions. This is a huge step of Sacombank in the digital transformation in banking operation in general and in HR Management in particular. The project is expected to put into operation from June 2021 and officially complete all modules by 2022.
SAP SuccessFactors Solutions integrate activities in HR management such as recruiting, training, performance management, compensation, succession planning and workforce analytics tools with high accurancy and maximum time saving. All this comes together with a best-in-class user experience to enhance employees’ engagement and higher satisfaction, thereby increasing employee productivity, revenue and improving operational efficiency for businesses. The implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions will help Sacombank completely digitalize HR processes, HR management and development.

In 2018, Sacombank put customer relationship management software with SAP CRM and Hybris Marketing into operation to optimize customer care and management, at the same time, enhance customer experience with Sacombank. This is one of the project deploying CRM solution the most comprehensively and methodically in the Vietnamese banking sector.
